We are a small business and unfortunately all sales are final. This is due to the handmade nature of our products and for sanitation purposes. 

We hope our products reach you in perfect condition, however, if the items are damaged in transit or are defective please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date so we can advise you on what to do. Please retain the original packaging as you may be asked to return this with the jewelry to us.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
